Our
customer wanted to create a look of elegance and gave us total control of the
creative design. One challenge was their old sign was parallel to the
street and was hard to see that way. We decided on a "V" style
so the sign faces could be read from both directions and add a touch of
class. The monument is made of faux stone and the sign faces are
sandblasted and hand carved HDU (High Density Urethane). The whole package
was designed to last many years with virtually no maintenance.
The
stone base on this monument is actually made from High Density Urethane(HDU)
& is cast from real stone then faux painted. The stone is quite
convincing! The monument itself is E.I.F.S. that has been hard-coated for
extra durability. The oval was digitally printed & mounted to a hard
substrate.
This
is one of 2 monuments for the complex. Made from hard-coated E.I.F.S. with
23KT Italian gold leafed lettering.
We
developed this logo, then built the monument, than took the new logo &
outfitted the entire fleet of trucks. This E.I.F.S. monument is approx.
10' tall. The "V" shape allows great visibility from many
directions.
HDU
panels were applied to this monument that were hand carved & painted to add
more interest.
We
created a unique combo of needs with this monument. This sign has an
internally illuminated box in the base with changeable letters. The top has
external illumination for the gold-leafed letters & faux(HDU) bricks around
the base allow easy access to the bulbs & transformer inside. An access
panel in the bricks makes life easy if maintenance is required.
This
monument was made for a customer in California, crated & shipped
there. The entire monument is made from hardcoated foam clad with HDU
(High Density Urethane), sandblasted with all the stones hand carved &
sanded then all stones were stained & faux painted to simulate river-bottom
stones. Even the top cap was made of HDU stained to look like a limestone
cap. The sign face is an integral part of the entire front panel.

This
monument features solid brass faces that are illuminated from the rear through
smoked Plexiglas lenses.
This
is a faux stone monument with painted aluminum logo and lettering. The
bricks around the bottom are also faux to match the cast bricks that the
building is made with. This type of monument is much more cost effective
than actual masonry.
This
monument is made from a structural foam product with a patented hard-coat over
the foam but under the stucco finish. The letters are made of HDU for a
complete maintenance-free structure. Virtually any design can be crafted
in these materials.
A
brick monument was a perfect backdrop for the brass-finished lettering. An
elegant look that is rich & inviting.
